Wednesday WUD (Weekly Update): October 22, 2014

Hi guys! How are you doing today? Hope you are all doing well. So I have decided to post a weekly update entry on my blog to give you guys an idea what I have been up to as of late.
Last Monday I updated my blog with a KL trip post to Thean Hou Temple. If you haven’t read that you can click here

Then yesterday I went around school to accompany my cousin with enrollment processes. I also went to the town of Tanauan here in Batangas and fell asleep on the bus. By the time the conductor woke me I was on the next town from Tanuan which is Sto. Tomas. It was pretty scary because I have never been there before and I had no idea how to get back. However, Kuya stranger was nice enough to show me how. Thanks so much Kuya! :)

Then when I got home I read Love and Misadventures by Lang Leav and I kid you not when I say it was amazing! I swear her poems moved me in ways I never knew poems can. It switched my emotions from one to another in an instant.

And today I went out to pick up my Krave Minerale package from JRS and also to go to Tanuan again. It was pretty tiring but I was with my mom so it was okay.

Here are photos of the Krave goodies I ordered.

First is the Krave Misty Pritz. This is a 60 mL setting/refreshing makeup spray made out of natural ingredients and it cost Php 298.

Then I ordered two of the Krave HD Triplex Advance Loose Foundation in French Latte, which matches my skin tone perfectly. It is a tad bit lighter but having acidic skin it blends on mine well. This one is a loose foundation that claims to have 90% coverage and is made out of natural ingredients. I believe them when they say that because when my skin has better days I use this alone and it evens everything out and covers mild imperfections. This one costs Php 355. It is one of the most affordable mineral makeup powder I have found so far when I compared it to other brands available here in the Philippines. Apart from that this one has the most coverage of all that I have tried.

Then I was given the Krave Vegeie-Lash as a freebie which was awesome because I’m not a big mascara junkie and I don’t really like buying loads of mascara because they dry out and change consistency real fast. So this was really nice to have as a freebie considering how most mascaras are a bit pricey. If I am not mistaken this costs around Php 300+.

Here are more photos of the products I got. I took shots of them ala photo shoot style.

And lastly as I end this post I now have to go through my chores. I had somewhat a lot of brushes to clean this week albeit this is still quite a small number for me.
I love collecting makeup brushes but man do I not really love having to clean them. Dang, look at them dirty brushes!

Anyway, until my next post God bless y’all.

Lots of love,

Samantharibelle
