DIY: Homemade Gel Liner

So today imma be posting a DIY gel liner.

What you need:
- a pigmented eyeshadow preferably cheap
- petroleum jelly
- a container to put your gel liner in
- toothpick

HOW:
1. Put petroleum jelly in the container.
2. Scrape eyeshadow and put it in the same container.
3. Mix it together and put more eyeshadow until you get the consistency you want.

TIPS:
To get the right consistency you must be able to make a nice line. Also if you still can't make a nice line just keep on adding eyeshadow.

The Good:

- If you use a really pigmented eyeshadow of good quality the gel liner lasts a really long time when it dries, it doesn't smudge, and ends up waterproof.

The Bad:
- It's messy to make.
